Arkadiy Pavlyuk was born in 1925 in Kiev. Member of the Artists Union of Ukraine since 1992. Participated in international exhibitions since 1993. Graduated from the Odessa Art college named after M.B.Grekov in 1951. 1958 - graduated from Kharkov State Art Institute, art faculty. Hi was the member of State and International exhibitions. He had 18 personal exhibitions in Ukraine
